Sally has been specializing in couple work for over 20 years. Sally’s style is very practical and direct. She relies a great deal on the research of John Gottman, PhD. Gottman’s research has clearly identified the skills, beliefs and knowledge that are present in healthy relationships and Sally incorporates this into her everyday practice with couples.

She also uses the strengths and resources from the style of a solution-focused counseling approach. Clients appreciate the approach that does not linger on the problem, rather finds ways to quickly work toward solutions.

Sally has experienced many things in her life. She is a wife, mother, sister, grandmother (just ask about those grandchildren!), mother-in-law, neighbor and friend. She has experienced loss and stress in her own life; however, she and John have a healthy, happy life with involvement in the community, church, family, hobbies and volunteer work. She offers herself and her expertise to you. She can offer therapy tailored to your goals and your ne eds.
